We've just had a trip down to our very own Derbyshire Garden.
Lee our Groundsman has been very busy planting beetroots, cabbages, peas, rhubarb, sage, sprouts and broccoli. Did you know that everything we grow is served in our Award Winning Bistro...you can't get more local that that!
